Delivery & Returns

We do not offer a gift wrapping service or gift cards however messages can be included in parcels. If you would like to add a gift message this can be entered at the checkout.

We rely on a third party for all our deliveries and therefore are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Occasionally during busy periods there can be delays which are beyond our control but we will inform customers of any issues that we are aware of.

Standard Delivery - 12pm Tuesday 20th December 2016

Next Woking Day - 12pm Thursday 22nd December 2016

Delivery

£3.95 – Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.

£5.95 - Next Working Day (place your order before 12pm Mon-Fri for next working day delivery) We are unable to deliver on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will NOT be dispatched until the following Monday.

Next Working Day Delivery is NOT available for delivery in the Scottish Highlands or Islands or any Off Shore post codes i.e Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight. Please select Standard delivery for these locations.

We ONLY dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Currently we only deliver within the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

The majority of parcels are sent with Royal Mail, occasionally large or overweight parcels will be sent with a courier (APC Overnight).

To ensure prompt delivery please make sure you enter the correct address and post code when placing your order, Friars cannot be held responsible for late or failed delivery if the address or post code are entered incorrectly.

Returns

Every effort is made to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition if however an item is damaged or faulty on arrival please contact us immediately on receipt of the goods. Provided the product is returned to us within 30 days and is unopened and in its original packaging we will either re-send the product or refund the purchase price.

If you are not entirely satisfied with a product for some reason other than it being damaged or faulty please contact us immediately stating your reason for the dissatisfaction. If there is a problem with the product we will refund the purchase price or send a replacement, if however we deem the product to be in a perfect condition then we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the goods.
