Our Online Business Has Re-Opened
On 23rd March we made the difficult decision to close our online business as we were uncomfortable with the safety of the working environment. Our staff levels increase threefold in the build up to Easter and we felt social distancing would have been near impossible.
Now that Easter has passed we are able to operate safely with a skeleton staff, however this does limit the number of orders we can process per day. Safety precautions have been put in place and packing stations are at least 2 metres apart, so we are comfortable in re-opening our online operation. You will be able to shop with us from 4pm tomorrow and our office will be open from 9.30am on Tuesday!
Our delivery service provider, Royal Mail, now have a no contact drop off service in place removing the need for direct contact for both parties. Until further notice we are no longer offering a next day delivery option as the pressure on the mail system has increased due to the uptake in online shopping. This also means that there could be delays with delivery, please allow an additional 5 working days on top of our standard time frame.
