Friars is a family-run business which started out as a gift shop and cafe in 1927. Since then Friars has evolved into a specialist luxury chocolate and gift store, now with 2 premises in Keswick and Ambleside; in the heart of the Lake District.
In 2010, Friars launched their online business and this enabled them to ship their luxury chocolate and gifts throughout mainland UK and the Channel Islands.
