Well they arrived safely well packaged and beautifully presented.
Cannot comment on their taste as it was a gift for someone else who is saving them but I’m sure they are scrummy and might indulge myself for Christmas!

A good mix of different spirit flavours, smooth chocolate cream inside, a nice thin chocolate crust, leaves a nice aftertaste. Make a nice gift for someone, I purchased them for myself, didn't last long.

Sadly, I didn’t get the chance to taste them, but everyone who did were absolutely bowled over. The only minor downside was they missed their next day delivery slot, as the good old postal service decided to send the chocs from The Lake District to Oxford via Swansea!

Beautiful chocolates, well presented. Not so keen on the strawberry one though. Got these for a discount because of the short expiry date (was confident they wouldn't last that long!). But at £21.45 (incl P&P) this works out at nearly 90p per choc, so will only pay that much as an infrequent treat. But what a treat!

This large box of chocolates was a gift to someone who enjoys a 'good drink'.
The recipient reported that the chocolates were very good, with the caveat that they found the rum truffles contained therein to be slightly overpowering generally.

Never received them. They were dispatched from you and the tracking thing said the PO had them but they didn't leave a card. I ordered a re delivery with the info I had and still never received them. I know it was the couriers fault but I won't be ordering again if I won't receive them!

First time I have used Friars. Ordered the Blissfully Boozy chocs online, along with a box of Fabulously Fruity as an Easter gift. Recipients said they arrived in good condition and were delicious. May need to treat myself to some now :)

The chocolates were a gift for my Mum on Mother's Day. She originally told me she would only eat 2 per day so she could 'enjoy' them for longer, however she admitted they were soooo scrumptious she had only 2 left by the Tuesday. The service was fabulous. I messed up the order and mistakenly organised for them to be sent to my address instead of Mum's. I emailed immediately I realised this (it was during the evening) and had a response first thing next morning to say they had put a hold on the order until I sent the correct delivery address details. Wonderful product and great service. Highly recommended.

To be honest it was hard to taste the booze. The reason we bought them was because we thought they'd be like the ones we had when we were younger with liquid booze.
