Our third purchase, yes they're that good, and yet another delicious selection of chocolates. Just a great experience from perusing the wonderful selection available to receiving the well packaged, speedy delivery. Caramel and chocolate are my two favourite words. These are an outstanding variety. My only hope would be to have an entirely dark chocolate and caramel collection. I must say, those behind the scenes work very hard as I get every box sent to central London so very quickly. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT FRIARS.

Second box of Caramel Collection, excellent as usual. Only downside I ordered them for my wife’s birthday and when she opened them they were all over the show which detracted the pleasure of opening them, the package that they were sent in was obviously to big and the box of chocolates had been shaken to bits in transit. Daughter sent chocolates from another brand which arrived tightly packed and in perfect condition.

Quality of chocolate was below the standard I had expected for the price paid. Hotel Chocolat should be an inferior product given the price difference but actually they are far superior. There wasn't even a card included detailing the types of chocolate.
