The chocolates were as good as ever. However terribly disappointed with the delivery. Ordered early on a Tuesday in time for despatch on that day, and paid for next-day delivery. However they didn't arrive until Friday. Not nearly good enough, these were a gift.

Delectable and yummy. Did not disappoint in quality and taste. As usual very fine chocolate, not sweet, like most confection makes for sale now in the shops.
What a proper dark chocolate box should be. The centres are gorgeous, and you can taste the different
flavours, which you would not, with too much sugar.
Very pleased overall with everything from Friars. Well done All.

Friars chocolates are wonderful. The chocolate is top quality and you don’t get the sugary aftertaste like other brands with less cocoa. The fillings of this selection are perfectly balanced, specifically the liquor and fruit based ones (and I’m usually not a fan). If I could afford it I would get these every month.

Absolutely gorgeous dark chocolate selection bought for my fiancées Easter gift. I was 'allowed' to share and everyone single one of them was well worth the calories!!! Unfortunately when they were opened the 2 cherry chocolates look like the had melted slightly which did spoil the wow factor when they were opened. Non the less I would definitely buy again for a special gift.

The chocolates are very good. They were bought as a test sample before Friars were used to send Chocs to women friends and relatives for Christmas. There is one problem with the website: it is not possible to order several boxes each of which is to be sent to a different address as a single action. Each box has to be sent as a separate transaction. Thus the purchaser cannot take advantage of discounts for multiple purchases, such as reductions in postage. Some chocolate sites also give gift boxes to purchasers who make multiple purchases as one action. Think about it Friars.
