Friars Signature Chocolate Box - 24 Chocolates

I have bought these as a gift for Christmas.We have had them before and the quality is excellent.They are expensive but then so is everything else ! They arrived quickly and were packaged well.Highly reccomend.

I haven't eaten these yet. They are for me, on Christmas Day, whilst I am in the kitchen preparing and cooking the Rolls Royce of roasts. I am well experienced in these chocolates though and they are my 'go to' for any special occasion. I cannot recommend them enough and would never choose any others, it would be a waste of calories!

There was a problem with delivery as I received a note to say it had been refused, spoke to my friends who had not had any parcels delivered . The company wrote and asked me what I wanted to do and I asked for it to be resent. This was done immediately and tracked and delivered straight away.

Rather average tasting box of chocolates that taste and look like something that from 30 years ago, but not in a good way. The chocolate flavour is missing and what chocolate is there is overly sweet.

The chocolate box is OK nothing outstanding, and also it did not say at the moment of the purchase the date of arrival only a day of a week, so When I called to cancel it because of the date they mentioned in the email of the confirmation of the order was too late, they said to me that, the order was ready to despatch so they could not cancel it. Which I do not understand because it was about 4-5 days before its arrival. To avoid this the company should put the date they despatch the product ad the date it would arrive instead of only a day of the week without a complete date. Will not buy it again.

I was very surprised at the good quality of these chocolates. they beat thorntons and hotel chocolat. chocolate is very smooth the filings are so tasty its like you can taste exactly what they are suposed to be, that probably doesnt make sense to some, but some chhocolates have a definate chemical taste rather than natural and all of these have a natural taste
