Always in search of a perfect after dinner mint. Has to be a dark chocolate to compliment the mint fondant. I just need to get my timing perfected on leaving these out to rest, so the fondant is the perfect texture. Just enough mint to tingle the tastebuds and craving for more. Elegantly decorated so look perfect when entertaining too.
