Nice but quite hard. I feel really mean saying it but i do love Thorntons ones. They are softer and more sugar on top. You get more in the bag for less money. Sorry but its best to be truthful. Yours are my 2nd favourite and I've tried alot

These are nice but I was looking for a replacement for Thorntons Viennese truffles which unfortunately you can't find anywhere since the take over by Ferrero. Another wonderful British chocolate manufacturer lost to foreign buyers.
Not as good in my opinion but I do like Friars quality and service.

The only item I've had from this company that disappointed. Not as creamy as Thorntons and had a slight alcoholic aftertaste which seemed out of place - maybe just been stored next to something with liquer in?
