The chocolate is a great looking alternative to the same old same old Easter egg but I wanted to make a comment about the customer service which I found to be exceptionally good and completely customer focused: The chocolate games controller I ordered arrived broken in two. I told Friars and that it was meant as an alternative to an Easter egg gift for my son who's into gaming. They were quick off the mark, and without quibbling or asking for any evidence, simply sent a replacement extra carefully wrapped at no extra cost. It arrived in good time for Easter. Thank you Friars.

Great chocolate games controller, size is realistic, they are individually packaged and apparently taste great (no one let me share!). I bought these as party bag fillers for an extremely small kids party, given my Son only had 4 people for the garden pizza party these party bag fillers really made the difference and they were all so excited!
