The lack of vegan white chocolate was on of the drivers behind the Vegan Chocolatiers brand.
Their small team started by experimenting with different types of plant milk before settling on rice and almond milk, as a substitute for cows milk. They also grind our own cocoa beans so they know exactly what goes into their chocolates; all the chocolates are also individually hand dipped.
They also wanted to have a bit of fun with the flavours, as they had noticed the market seemed to be focused on more traditional tastes. We think they have done that with their barista cappuccino, dazzling strawberry and champagne and tipsy prosecco truffles.
As with many vegans they also are concerned about the future of our planet. So all their packaging is 100% biodegradable
