Discovered these marzipan beauties on a visit to Lubeck many years ago. So pleased to find an outlet in the UK for them. Discovered this fantastic selection whilst on Friars web site searching for coffee flavoured chocolates. Great to be able to buy both from the one outlet.

Bought as a Christmas gift for a friend and this marzipan is the best there is.

At thirty quid, this is expensive but the assortment is well-designed and the contents are in top condition. I now have two empty tins that I do not know what to do with. Niederregger ought to find a UK agent who can supply retailers like Friar.

We have had one of these tins before as a present from German friends
Niederegger is the name for marzipan in Germany, although Reber (Mozartkugeln) run them close
