Some things stand the test of time and don't need to be changed. It reminds me of my childhood.

I haven't had this toffee for quite some time and it is still delicious I will check for any shops near where I live so I can order some more

This toffee is just as delicious as it was when I was first given it as a child, in Keswick. When I went to boarding school, my grandparents continued to send my sister and me a box of Bawden's toffee each term and for children missing family and home, this was a real joy. I now give it to my own children and they love it as much I do and we all enjoy the retro packaging.
Friar's processed my order very speedily and the toffee arrived in good time for Christmas.

Very hard. Tastes far too buttery for my liking. Not a toffee I'd personally recommend but everyone has different tastes.

Love, love, love this toffee! It’s unique as it’s hard not chewy and the flavour is terrific. There is nothing else I can say in its praise as words aren’t enough.......you just have to ( as they say ) suck it and see!!!

I love this toffee but 2 of the 4 boxes were old stock. This makes me reluctant to come back for more.

I love Derwent toffee and have for many years. Only one thing now is the toffee doesn’t go all sugary when it’s been opened. I love it all the more when it does that. The latest batch doesn’t do it. Still my favourite toffee though.

I love it, especially when it's gone sugary on the outside. Very sweet and rich and just like butterscotch which means its crunchy. I have a very sweet tooth so it suits me perfectly.
