Simply browse our website, add your chosen chocolates to the cart, and complete checkout using your preferred payment method.
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other popular payment options shown at checkout.
Our team will start to pick and pack your order immediately after you place it. Once this has begun, your order cannot be changed. If you urgently need to change your order, we will try our best to help, but this may not always be possible. You’ll need to let us know as soon as you can, either email sales@friars.co.uk or telephone 017687 72234 to arrange this.
Yes. Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Once your order is despatched, we will send you a despatch confirmation email, containing a link you can use to track your order. We’ll also send you regular delivery updates.
At present, each order can only be shipped to one address. To send to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
No, unfortunately this is not a service that we currently offer.
