Gianduja is a traditional Italian confection made by blending finely ground hazelnuts with chocolate. It has a wonderfully smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture and a rich roasted hazelnut flavour that makes it especially indulgent.

Unlike firmer or crunchier pralines, gianduja is exceptionally smooth and creamy. The finely blended hazelnuts and cocoa create a velvety centre, complemented by a milk chocolate shell half-dipped in rich dark chocolate for a deeper cocoa finish.
